Crochet business owner who started online set to launch second book

Sarah-Jayne Fragola began 'Bella Coco Crochet' as a YouTube channel in 2014 with the aim to inspire and teach others the art of crochet.  She has since grown her business to reach over 1.6m subscribers non the platform alone, in addition to a vibrant social media following.

She has since inspired a community that shares a common interest in creativity, relaxation and joy through crochet.

On the late afternoon and early evening of Thursday 12th December, Sarah-Jayne will welcome enthusiasts and fans to the Westgates Suites in Long Eaton between 4pm and 8pm as she launches a second book with a stitch card deck.

This event will offer guests the unique opportunity to meet Sarah-Jayne Fragola as she shares insights and inspirations. Attendees will enjoy personalized book signings and a goodie bag with the chance to immerse themselves in the welcoming Bella Coco community.

The event will feature photo opportunities, a crochet corner to enjoy a spot of crochet, close up magic entertainment, stalls from local businesses and a curated display of projects from Sarah-Jayne’s latest book. Guests will have the opportunity to experience the warmth and encouragement that defines the Bella Coco community, making this a celebration not just of a book launch but of the craft itself.

In an online post, Sarah said: "Having a strong work ethic from a young age, I began working in a Beauty Salon prior to starting College in order to give me a head start. After becoming a fully qualified Beauty Therapist and Sport and fitness therapist, I furthered my career working in one of the most prestigious spas in the UK.

"I have always had a thirst for knowledge and used my passion for this to work within various areas of the Beauty industry before training for my CertEd and teaching in a College environment.

"Once I had finished my University course, I began to fill my spare time with my love of crafts and started a blog in 2011 in order to document my creations and experiences."
