The Little (Big) Mental Health Day - Friday 17th May

A special event will be held on Friday 17th May at The Cocoon Studio, 13 Beaconsfield St, Long Eaton from 10am.  The Little (Big) Mental Health Day aims to raise money for mental health books for schools.  A partnership is getting together to raise money with the aim to buy as many books as possible, to act as a valuable resource with the potential to help so many children and young adults.

A variety of activities include:

10:00am - Zumbini 11:15am - Activities, 'Stay and play', cakes, hot and cold drinks available 1:00pm - Baby massage and yoga classes

Also as part of the event:

...Sophie will be on hand from Curious Cat books ...there will be a free activity pack for children ... Usbourne books will be available for purchase Derbyshire Maternity and Neo-Natal Voices will be on hand to chat about experiences in the maternity system

Local businesses are being encouraged to get involved and perhaps sponsor some books, to further the aims of fundraisers.  All are welcome to attend.
