Officers from the Long Eaton Safer Neighbourhood Team have arrested a prolific shoplifter who was subequently remanded in custody, charged and jailed for his crimes.
Jack Quinn who comes from the town, was convicted of multiple shop thefts across Long Eaton including thefts from both Tesco and Sainsbury's supermarket branches. He has been handed a 32 week custodial sentence.
A statement from the Long Eaton SNT described the conclusion to the matter as "...a great outcome for our team."
