A Section 23 Misuse of Drugs Act Warrant has been conducted at an address on Russell Street in Long Eaton.
As a result of the weekend action, suspected Class A drugs were seized from the property.
After executing the warrant at the address, a vehicle linked to the property was stopped by officers in Long Eaton and searched leading to the discovery of a weapon which was seized.
Acting Sergeant Limb from the Long Eaton Safer Neighbourhood Policing Team said: "This is a great example of the wider community coming together to show they will not tolerate drugs and anti-social behaviour.
"Investigations will continue and we will always look to develop any information we receive about illegal activity and investigate further if appropriate.
"We will continue to target drug misuse, crime and anti social behaviour to keep our communities safe".
