Police appeal after woman falls victim to inappropriate comments in Long Eaton

Police officers are appealing for help to identify a man who made inappropriate comments to a woman in Long Eaton.

The incident occurred in the car park off Lawrence Street at around 9.30pm on Friday 29th September. 

The woman was approached by a man who made inappropriate sexual comments to her. 

The man was described as being Asian, around 5ft 7ins tall, slim and around 40 years old. He was wearing dark blue jeans and a black t-shirt with a gold logo in the middle. His hair was short on the sides, longer on top and gelled, and he was clean shaven. 

Officers are keen to speak to anyone who may have been in the area at the time and saw the man -or may have captured him on dashcam footage. 

They are also keen to hear from anyone else who may have been approached in similar way by a man matching his description.
