Man charged with drug offences after Long Eaton arrest

A man has been charged with drug dealing offences after heroin and crack cocaine were found in a car stopped by police officers in Long Eaton.

Officers working on intelligence stopped a car in Cleveland Avenue on 8th October and found inside crack and heroin – as well as two mobile phones. 

Yohan Stanbury was subsequently charged with eight offences of;

  • being concerned in the supply of cocaine
  • being concerned in the supply of crack cocaine
  • being concerned in the supply of heroin
  • being concerned in the supply of cannabis
  • possession with intent to supply crack cocaine
  • possession with intent to supply heroin
  • possession of cannabis
  • possession of criminal property

After being charged on the same day as his arrest the 28-year-old from Arnold in Nottingham, appeared at Southern Derbyshire Magistrates’ Court on 9th October where he was remanded in prison.
