Police Officers from the Ilkeston Safer Neighbourhood team are investigating incidents relating to high value shop theft from the Co-op Supermarket on Summerfields Way in the town.

CCTV images have been released (seen here) which show people thought able to assist with enquiries.

Two men were seen together in an aisle in the store, one wearing a thick grey coloured coat, dark trousers and shoes. He is clean shaven with light brown hair hair with a side parting on the left hand side of his head, and hair swept to his right, whilst the other man was wearing a blue cap, thick black coat and black trainers which have a white motif or flash on the sides and a white heel. Imagery suggests he has a thick, dark coloured beard.

Although the images were not taken from a good angle, officers are hopeful that someone can provide some information.

Anyone recognising either or both of the men is asked to contact Derbyshire Police via any of the following contact routes, quoting reference 25*106370.
