Futures release its performance and achievements for the year

Futures Housing reports

Futures Housing Group has released a suite of three reports showing performance and achievements over the last financial year.

The East Midlands based housing association has published its annual report on a dedicated website that breaks down another milestone year for Futures. Highlights include building 227 new homes, cutting average call wait times to five minutes or less and keeping its top G1/V1 ratings from the Regulator of Social Housing. Colleagues across the 450+ workforce also star in a video montage detailing how they’ve supported customers and communities this year.

Along with this is its financial report, which also highlights another robust financial performance.

The not-for-profit has also published its third environmental, social and governance (ESG) report, showing another strong year for making steps on its sustainability journey. The report matches its performance against the Sustainability Reporting Standard and evidences why the environment, social impact and good governance are so important to Futures.

Tim Mulvenna, Chief Executive Officer at Futures said: “Futures has faced some big changes this year, from Lindsey Williams stepping down as Chief Executive after 20 years in post, to creating a new corporate plan setting out our goals for the next few years.

“It’s an exciting time to have joined Futures, especially when each of the three reports show how we’re a high performing, well-run and trusted business. While our financial and ESG reports go into more technical detail, our annual report website represents the great work our colleagues do to support our customers and their communities. We’re proud of the work we do at Futures and it’s great to showcase our achievements to share with our customers and stakeholders.”
