A property at Trafalgar Square in Long Eaton has been served a closure notice following repeated reports of drug related anti-social behaviour.
The property has been issued with a temporary closure notice, meaning nobody can enter the property for 24 hours pending a Court Hearing later which will look to obtain a closure order for a three month period.
Acting Sergeant Taylor, from the Long Eaton Safer Neighbourhood Team speaking about the closure notice said, "No doubt the closure of this house will come as a huge relief to those in the local community who have been subjected to the unacceptable behaviour of those who use the property. We would like to thank the community for their support, and we hope this prompt action reassures the area that we are committed to make Long Eaton a safe place to live"
