Chamber rises in multiple ‘Best Companies to Work For’ rankings

Lucy Robinson from The East Midlands Chamber

East Midlands Chamber has been ranked at number 20 in the Top 25 Best Companies to Work For in the Businesses Service Sector, having moved up four places since 2023.

Within the East Midlands, the Chamber has risen 5 places from last year to number 35 in the Top 50 Companies to Work For, while nationally is up 22 places to number 88 in the Top 100 Best Mid-Sized Companies to Work For.

The new rankings, published by employment engagement survey b-Heard, are formed from responses submitted by employees and took account of factors like leadership, personal growth, wellbeing and ‘giving something back’.  More than nine out of ten employees of East Midlands Chamber participated in the research.

East Midlands Chamber Director of Resources Lucy Robinson said: “The Chamber is fully committed to developing and supporting its people; they’re at the heart of what we do every day, along with supporting businesses across the East Midlands.

"With a range of initiatives that promote inclusivity like our EDI and ESG networks, or the strong emphasis we place on wellbeing, learning and development, a key part of our business plan each year is on building an engaging environment, where people enjoy working for us.  To be recognised at both national and regional level, and to have risen in multiple rankings over the last year is fantastic to hear.”
