Appeal for witnesses after woman assaulted in Long Eaton

Long Eaton Police Officers are appealing for witnesses and information after a woman was assaulted in the town.

The incident occurred between 3:00am and 3.45am on Saturday 9th September. A woman was walking along High Street when a man jogged up to her and punched her in the face.

He is described as being white, around 6ft tall and with long dark brown hair in a ponytail.
